What is the online return policy?

- We offer a 3 day return policy from date of receipt for eligible items ordered online.

  *a return authorization number must be requested by phone within 24 hours of receipt at 1 630 406 1515*

- All Sale items and Special Orders are FINAL SALE and are not returnable 

- Full priced dresses may be refunded for a full refund

  *minus a 15% re-stocking fee*

- Dresses must be shipped back to us via UPS or Fed Ex only.

- The dress must be in same condition as received with original tags attached.

   *refunds will not be issued until dress has been received back to us and inspected*

Will I be charged a shipping cost?

- We offer free shipping through UPS ground on full priced products in the U.S.

  *we do not ship to P.O. boxes*

- We charge a $15.00 shipping fee to ALL Sale items.

-Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

How long will it take for my dress to ship to me?

- All orders will take 24 hours to process

- Please allow 8-10 business days to receive your order.

How small/big does my dress run size wise?

- All our dresses are sized differently. Look below to see size charts of the designers we carry.
